Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Capgemini Government Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud financial operations and a proven track record of success in managing cloud infrastructure costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Cloud Cost Management Strategies: Develop and implement cloud cost management strategies to optimize cloud infrastructure costs and improve financial performance.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and engineering, to ensure effective cloud cost management and financial planning.
  • Build and Maintain Analytical Models: Build and maintain analytical models to provide data-driven insights on cloud infrastructure costs and optimize financial performance.
  • Provide Cloud Financial Operations Guidance: Provide guidance and support to customers on cloud financial operations best practices and methodologies.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to cloud financial management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Finance: Bachelor's degree in information technology or finance, or a related field.
  • US Citizenship and DoD Secret Clearance: US citizenship and a DoD secret clearance.
  • 3+ Years of Experience with Cloud Services: 3+ years of experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, and/or Oracle cloud services.
  • 2+ Years of Experience in a DoD or Federal Government Environment: 2+ years of experience working in a DoD or other Federal Government environment.
  • Deep Understanding of Cloud Financial Operations Tools: Deep understanding of cloud financial operations tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with Relational Databases and Data Analysis Tools: Experience with relational databases and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of Federal Government IT Procurement Processes: Understanding of Federal Government IT procurement processes.
  • Experience as a Cloud Financial Operations Professional: Experience as a cloud financial operations professional in a similar role.
  • Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively cooperate with individuals at all levels.
