Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HUMINT Enabling Instructor to join our team at DarkStar Intelligence LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs in Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design and support comprehensive training programs in all areas of CI and HUMINT, ensuring the relevancy and accuracy of course materials through continuous research and analysis.
  • Instructing with Authority: Instruct with authority across the full spectrum of HUMINT-enabling training principles, including Title 10 and Title 50.
  • Course Evaluations: Conduct assessments to identify training requirements and participate in course evaluations to measure the impact on students' knowledge and job performance.
  • Student Performance Evaluation: Evaluate student performance using verbal and written assessments in accordance with established course standards and procedures.
  • Training Administration: Administer, evaluate, and synchronize blocks of instruction within the CI and HUMINT training curriculum, following Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) procedures.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training through various methods, including classroom lectures, small group instruction, and practical exercises (e.g., role-play), conducted in-residence at a government facility.
  • Field Training Exercises: Serve as a platform instructor and potentially deploy for CONUS field-training exercises, acting as an instructor and/or role player alongside active-duty military and DoD civilian instructors.
Requirements
  • Clearance Level: TS/SCI
  • CI Poly (Preferred)
  • Operational Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of relevant operational experience in HUMINT Overt/Clandestine operations or HUMINT Operations Support.
  • Knowledge and Education: Proficiency in DoD CI and HUMINT enabling, collection operations management policies, legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and related IT systems. Graduation from a recognized IC-level HUMINT course, such as the Marine Amphibious Ground Task Force (MAGTF-CI/HUMINT) or the Defense Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC).
