Title: HUMINT Targeting Instructor

Location: Washington, DC

Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph


Responsibilities:

  • Instruct the entire range of HUMINT Targeting principles and methodologies
  • Coordinate with guest lecturers and ensure that all instruction and presentation materials are professional, accurate, and complete
  • Understand HUMINT Targeting and DoD policies and legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and related IT system requirements
  • Understand the career development track of HUMINT Targeting Officers
  • Administer, evaluate, synchronize, and manage blocks of instruction in the HUMINT training curriculum in accordance with established procedures
  • Evaluate student performance using verbal and written formats in accordance with established course standards and procedures
  • Identify areas of material, methods, aids used, or other elements of the training process in need of revision based on formal or informal student evaluations.
  • In coordination with DoD supervision, maintain contact with SMEs in order to anticipate changes that shall affect training materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies or related field preferred
  • DoD experience as a certified HUMINT professional with a minimum of four (4) years' applied experience in HUMINT Targeting, conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and Human Factors analysis
  • Extensive knowledge of HUMINT operations to instruct students on the application of HUMINT operations and how to conduct HUMINT targeting analysis against a variety of targets
  • Solid understanding of and ability to instruct students on every aspect of the HUMINT Targeting cycle of support to HUMINT operations
  • Graduate of a recognized IC level HUMINT Targeting course, such as JHATC, OHTC, TCB or IC school equivalent; completion of OHTC, TNPC highly desired
  • Current active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
