Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Stratus Building Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our office administration team, you will be responsible for managing all administrative procedures, including franchise and customer transactions, data processing, public relations, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Franchise Business Consulting Team in Franchise Development within a specific regional office.
  • Manage all office administration, including franchise and customer transactions, data processing, public relations, and general office administration.
  • Assist with Franchise Development within the office setting.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the Regional Director in the identification of customers that are in neglect of payment.
  • Maintain inventory control and needs within all areas of the office.
  • Generate and distribute necessary information and/or business correspondence to Franchise Owners and/or potential Franchise prospects.
  • Assist the Regional Director with the transaction of franchise sales.
  • Assist with training Franchise Owners in the Stratus System within the office setting.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with G-Suite Workspace, HubSpot, LinkedIn.
  • Ability to navigate the internet and various platforms.
  • Bilingual- English and Spanish.
