Customer Service Representative

At Conduent State Healthcare, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the KanCare Clearinghouse Program. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather thorough documentation and enter information into various systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Medicaid and managed care programs, staying up-to-date on regulations, policies, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Minimum of six months experience in Kansas Family Medical eligibility and customer service.
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to maneuver in complex software systems.
- Intermediate level of skill with MS Office, Outlook, and Internet usage.
