Sales Enablement Specialist

Dice is the leading career destination for tech experts at every stage of their careers. Our client, Kforce Technology Staffing, is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist in Atlanta, GA. This role will interact with the UK team and the time zones are more aligned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deliver, and train onboarding, continuing education, and other enablement content for the new Outbound Sales Enablement function.
  • Build content and learning experiences to support and uplevel the growing Outbound sales team.
  • Identify current skills and knowledge gaps in sales teams and create training programs to address them.
  • Facilitate instructor-led workshops, micro-learnings, and other virtual sessions on various topics.
  • Analyze data analytics and gather insights to inform enablement deliverables and approaches.
  • Support metrics and objectives for enablement and make recommendations for increasing productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Global Enablement & Training team on long-range planning and strategic processes.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in facilitation, sales training, and sales acumen.
  • Experience in managing complex group dynamics and adapting to changes in content and process.
  • Background in sales enablement, empowering sales teams to grow in skills and competence.
  • Ability to create content and learning experiences quickly.
  • Strong written and oral communication and listening skills.
