KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales Performance: Achieve company sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers. Assist customers in selecting merchandise that meets their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current promotions and sales, ensuring adherence to pricing and visual presentation standards. Uphold best practices in merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Exemplify the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience for customers. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Checkout Efficiency: Facilitate a swift and efficient checkout process, remaining knowledgeable about payment policies, coupon acceptance, returns, and exchanges.
  • Client Development: Build and maintain a loyal customer base through personalized service and consistent communication.
  • Operational Support: Assist in maintaining store replenishment and organization, contributing to visual merchandising efforts as directed.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by actively participating in problem-solving and seeking opportunities for personal growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred experience in retail or sales. Must be at least 16 years old. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Ability to adapt to technology and multi-task in a dynamic environment. Regular attendance is crucial for meeting company objectives. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Regular walking and standing throughout the shift. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Frequent climbing may be required.
