- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our company's software and systems.
- Collaborate with our technicians and other teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
