Davidson Technologies Inc is on the lookout for an Agile Project Facilitator. This role is essential in a dynamic and innovative environment focused on software development for advanced programs. The position requires collaboration with a diverse team of professionals skilled in both Software Engineering and Systems Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Agile Project Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation of Agile methodologies and principles. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating team ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to achieve set objectives.
  • Enhancing team productivity during sprints.
  • Acting as a servant-leader to support the team in their daily Agile practices.
  • Empowering the team to self-organize and take collective responsibility for delivering high-quality products.
  • Facilitating planning for program increments.
  • Assisting the team in identifying and resolving impediments to meet goals.
  • Driving continuous improvement through data insights.
  • Improving communication and transparency within the team.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance performance.
  • Collaborating with other Agile facilitators and product owners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an Agile environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Practical experience in servant-leadership within Agile teams.
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to tackle challenges.
  • Desire to foster change and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience with modern Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Gitlab).

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

  • Background in software development or management.
  • Understanding of systems engineering principles.
  • Experience with operational software systems.
  • PMI-ACP Certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • SAFe certification: SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE).

Clearance Requirements: Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.
