Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will utilize their retail expertise to:

Client & Service Expertise:
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Acquire comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring an outstanding Kate Spade experience.
- Establish personal connections with customers through effective selling techniques.

Leadership Engagement:
- Achieve personal sales objectives.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture.
- Initiate in-store events that drive business growth.

Brand Advocacy:
- Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and philosophy to both the sales team and customers.
- Build strong client relationships as a brand ambassador.
- Relay customer feedback to management to enhance service and sales.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures with integrity.

Operational Excellence:
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proven track record in fostering a high-performing sales culture.
- A refined sense of personal style.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort with climbing ladders.
