Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Men's Wearhouse. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Drive sales by consistently demonstrating benchmark selling techniques and encouraging team selling
  • Assist with visual merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects
  • Handle cash register transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Participate in team selling and contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift
  • Frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies
  • Ability to see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
