Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will deliver an exceptional shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service. Employ effective sales techniques and demonstrate thorough product knowledge in a dynamic retail environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Offer genuine, friendly, and enthusiastic customer service by upholding World-Class service standards.
- Meet set sales targets and maintain awareness of ongoing promotions and sales.
- Assist customers with specialized services such as gift wrapping, gift registries, and locating merchandise.
- Utilize proven sales techniques to enhance multiple sales opportunities and boost productivity.
- Exhibit extensive product knowledge, including features and benefits.
- Accurately process transactions at the register, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Contribute to the visual presentation of merchandise, including signage and lighting.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including the stockroom.
- Process, label, and replenish merchandise as required.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Your Qualifications
- Passion for sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and retail sales (specialty retail preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to operate the POS system.
- Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
