Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Construction Site Superintendent to join our team out of our Long Island, NY office. This role will be responsible for managing the simultaneous construction of energy conservation measures at multiple project sites. The successful candidate will have experience in project management, leadership, and construction operations, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee construction trades and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with cost estimating and budgeting, including coordinating and soliciting subcontractor pricing during the project bidding phase.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, process invoices, and coordinate with the accounting department.
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for weekly departmental meetings and maintain departmental tracking logs for project and vendor status.
  • Coordinate permits and approvals processes with municipal agencies.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience as a Construction Site Superintendent or similar role.
  • Proven project management and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites and client meetings.
