Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work as an Account Manager at Gregg Englebreth - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the agency.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention and drive business growth.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow the business.
  • Product Expertise: Utilize your expertise in insurance products to recommend and sell policies to new and existing clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Results-Driven: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Engagement: A willingness to engage in sales conversations with confidence and enthusiasm.
