Job Title: Program Manager

Job Summary:

Applied Materials is seeking a Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and adoption of learning solutions and products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management and a passion for learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develops project plans and oversees the implementation of learning solutions and products
* Collaborates with key stakeholders to understand their domain and upskilling needs
* Develops and organizes learning content of various formats
* Manages schedule and task details using project management tools
* Leads cross-functional project teams

Requirements:

* 4-7 years of experience in program management
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to communicate clearly and synthesize information from others
* Ability to analyze data and drive decision making based on learning analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

* Work experience in learning design/instructional design
* Education or experience in science, mathematics, engineering, and technology-related fields
* Experience working in the semiconductor industry
