PlusAI, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join its fast-growing teams. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for independently managing ongoing programs with key customers, Tier 1s, and OEMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage program performance and progress information.
  • Prepare detailed status reports, including latest accomplishments, upcoming deliverables, project metrics, and risk analysis.
  • Develop processes and procedures to improve functions within Operations.
  • Prepare and update detailed project plans, deliverable timelines, KPIs, and milestones.
  • Self-prioritize and work efficiently through evolving project timelines and scopes in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of program management experience.
  • Proven track record of building and executing complex programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Natural leader in providing structure, prioritization, and decisiveness.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience at a top consulting firm.
  • Experience working at a start-up company.
  • Automotive Industry experience.
