Join us at Bridges by EPOCH at Pembroke, a distinguished Memory Care Assisted Living Community, as we seek a dedicated Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) to enhance the daily lives of our residents. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our activities programming department, enriching the experiences of those we serve.

*PART-TIME, Weekdays 4pm-7pm (3x per week) and Weekends Saturday and Sunday 10am-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities
  • The Activities Assistant will design and implement a variety of engaging programs for residents, ensuring their active participation.
  • Flexibility is essential, as support may be required in other departments as needed. Completion of necessary documentation is also part of the role.
Qualifications
  • We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and sociable individual who can work independently. Dependability and motivation are key attributes.
  • Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and leadership qualities are essential.
  • Basic computer skills and outstanding customer service abilities are required.
  • Experience in a customer-focused senior living environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to assist residents during community outings is necessary.
