Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team at Bridges by EPOCH at Pembroke. As a key member of our activities programming department, you will be responsible for implementing a wide array of engaging programs for our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a diverse range of activities and programs to cater to the interests and needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of activities with other community services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
  • Transport and escort residents on community trips, promoting socialization and community engagement.
  • Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records of resident participation and engagement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with software applications.
  • Experience working with seniors and families in a customer-based senior living environment.
