Bilingual Customer Service Enrollment Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Enrollment team. The perfect candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and be fully bilingual, capable of absorbing and applying extensive knowledge related to Healthcare Enrollment.
This position involves managing incoming customer service inquiries and facilitating enrollments for a diverse range of clients, covering a comprehensive array of Benefits. The right candidate will be attentive to the needs of those enrolling while meticulously handling the associated documentation and details throughout the process.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, responsive, and works well both independently and collaboratively. A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a supportive company culture are essential.
