Job Title: Field Technician

Overview: This position primarily focuses on the application of fertilizers and weed management solutions across more than 200 properties, alongside occasional maintenance duties and quarterly property evaluations. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading service vehicles.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience with fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and necessary certifications
  • Thorough understanding of Commercial Lawn Maintenance and Irrigation systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer appropriate products to combat insect issues, weed proliferation, turf ailments, and nutrient shortages
  • Keep assigned power spray equipment in a safe, clean, and functional state
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding equipment usage
  • Oversee chemical distribution, maintain usage logs, and implement safety measures
  • Ensure a safe working environment for spray teams, complying with OSHA standards
