Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff, providing clear and concise information.
  • Verify patient insurance and collect payments, as needed.
  • Update patient electronic health records (EHRs) and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized office environment, including supply inventory management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in a medical facility, with knowledge of medical insurance and/or electronic medical records preferred.
