As a Unit Manager - LPN, you will be accountable for delivering compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare while achieving positive clinical outcomes, as well as patient/family and employee satisfaction on your designated unit.

Position Highlights
*Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage for safe patient care.
*Provide professional guidance and oversight to non-professional unit staff.
*Identify educational needs of the staff and collaborate with the Nurse Educator to develop training programs.
*Oversee medication management to ensure adequate supplies and compliance with company policy.
*Engage in direct patient care alongside other unit nurses to maintain clinical skills. Qualifications:*Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
*Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center's state.
*Must have at least one year of nurse management experience.
*Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification. Other Info
