Position Overview:
As a Unit Manager - LPN, you will be accountable for delivering compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare while ensuring positive clinical outcomes, along with patient, family, and employee satisfaction within your designated unit.

Key Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure sufficient nursing coverage for safe patient care.
*Provide professional oversight and guidance to non-professional unit staff.
*Assess the educational needs of the staff and develop training programs in collaboration with the Nurse Educator.
*Manage medication supplies and ensure compliance with company policies regarding medication handling.
*Deliver direct patient care alongside other unit nurses to maintain clinical skills.

Qualifications:*Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
*Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center's state.
*Minimum of one year of nurse management experience required.
*Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.Additional Information
