Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a skilled Assistant Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have one year of experience working with individuals with Acquired Brain Injury and be able to advocate for community supports and services on their behalf.
The Assistant Program Manager will assist in the day-to-day operations and overall service delivery of a group home for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or brain injury. This includes assisting in the hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, supervision, and disciplinary action of program staff.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing daily program schedules in accordance with individuals' needs, communicating schedules to staff, and assisting with scheduling and conducting monthly fire drills.
Eliot is committed to identifying and dismantling barriers that prevent people with marginalized racial identities from actualizing their full employment potential.
Qualifications include intermediate administrative tasks, med administration, computer software skills, and experience working with individuals with Acquired Brain Injury. A bachelor's degree in psychology or better is preferred, as is a MA driver's license.
