Key Responsibilities:

  • General oversight of the accounting office and management of staff
  • New hire onboarding and training
  • Maintenance of internal controls and compliance with company policies
  • Financial reporting and general ledger structure
  • Expense trend reports and reconciliation of schedules
  • Assistance with audits and bank account monitoring
  • Payroll submissions and postings to the general ledger
  • Communication with the Controller and General Manager
  • Accounting support to the management team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Automotive Office Manager role
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and atmosphere in the office
