Position Overview

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking enthusiastic, personable, and customer-oriented individuals who excel in Sales and are available for flexible shifts, including mornings and evenings. Our goal is to enhance the customer experience in a fulfilling spa atmosphere. We are eager to expand our dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism upon their arrival.
  • Manage phone inquiries and assist clients with check-in and check-out processes while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Educate clients effectively to promote memberships, service enhancements, products, and gift cards both in person and over the phone.
  • Adhere to established spa protocols for booking and payment processing.
  • Advocate for the health and wellness benefits associated with massage therapy and skincare.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional work environment.
  • Collaborate with Massage Therapists and Estheticians to ensure seamless operations.
  • Fulfill various additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience of at least one year in a spa setting.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Positive, outgoing, and confident demeanor.
  • Professional appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability for evening shifts as necessary.
  • A genuine eagerness to learn and adapt to meet spa objectives.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a high standard of professionalism are essential.
