Industrial Sales Leader

This Outside Industrial Sales Leader position is a key role within the Barry-Wehmiller Companies Inc. organization, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the industrial/manufacturing markets in the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to engage with customers and prospects, providing technical support and showcasing the value of our products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineers and inside sales personnel, to provide comprehensive support to customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, staying up-to-date on industry developments and emerging technologies
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a technical field is a plus
- 5-7 years of experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of success in capital equipment sales
- Strong understanding of UV/LED manufacturing and related technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and experience with long sales cycles
