**Salary:** Estimated annual salary range $120,000 - $180,000, based on location and experience.
**Job Description:
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives. You will develop strategies that enable them to achieve value realization and growth. Your primary point of contact for customers, you will take end-to-end ownership, engaging with executives and technical partners within the customer organization.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to orchestrate CX resources, drive value realization, and assist in ARR and services growth. With excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you will develop and build partnerships with our customers, managing financials and making strategic investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong executive and technical influence with customers
- Understand customers' business challenges and objectives
- Drive software, services, and value realization leading to successful renewal and growth
- Proactively manage and mitigate renewal risk throughout the customer journey
- 8 years of related experience
- Knowledge of at least one technology architecture
- Experience driving successful customer adoption and delivery of projects
- Experience developing and maintaining strong senior-level relationships
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
