Job Summary

The Procurement Specialist will assist in activities involved with procuring goods and services such as raw materials, tools, repairs, and supplies. This role will monitor delivery of purchase orders, arrange special deliveries, and coordinate activities between suppliers as well as other departments and KMM companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate with suppliers to arrange special deliveries and resolve any issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless procurement processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate better prices and terms
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree in a related field
  • Manufacturing or procurement experience
