Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, Techstra Solutions offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Staffing Sales Executive's primary focus will be to bring new IT Staffing business to Techstra for an assigned geographic location/metropolitan area. The person will be responsible to meet & exceed staffing quota for his/her territory to drive Revenue Growth with an emphasis on overall Customer Satisfaction.

  • Revenue Growth – Fulfill clients' IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation needs through requirement qualification and working directly with the consulting and recruiting organization to bring talent resources to the customer.
  • Operational Input – Provide leadership with feedback on how best to drive high quality business and relevant support including governance, organization, processes, procedures and tools & technologies.
