Job Description

Acclaim Recruiters is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engagement Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering measurable financial benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage engagement to deliver savings at or above target, on time, on budget while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Execute engagement processes in accordance with methodology.
  • Establish and build collaborative working relationships with main client executive(s), Engagement coordinator and other client personnel.
  • Lead and manage engagement team to deliver against work stream plans.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in management, supply chain, engineering, logistics, operations management, business or relevant field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • PMP Certification a plus.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience leading consulting or business transformation projects.

Supervisory Responsibility

Directly supervises engagement team of typically 3-10 as well as indirectly supervising client team, during the course of the engagement.

Other Comments/Requirements
