Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Business Knowledge Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and timelines.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality results.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business lines and other engineering managers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-8 years of related experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well in group problem-solving situations, and handle change management effectively.
