Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities
  • Coordinates with Site Engineers and Contractors for New branch Branch Shifting & renovation works
  • Supports Zonal Infra Managers for Repair and maintenance works and clearing of technical issues at site
  • Estimates quantities, finalizes layout plans in coordination with the concerned RM, and prepares Work Orders for related works

Requirements:

  • Verifies and checks all bills
  • Provides technical expertise in idealizing new Infra requirements & innovations for branches
  • Constantly looks for opportunities for cost reduction and has thorough knowledge regarding material specification and market rates
  • Negotiates with vendors
  • Coordinates with consultants for renovation/construction of own buildings whenever required
  • Provides infra related support to group companies whenever required
