- Oversee the timely submission of documents and the procurement of materials in alignment with project timelines.
- Monitor and manage project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Foster and maintain productive relationships with subcontractors.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in managing complex projects effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of project strategies, including scheduling, logistics, financial objectives, and phasing.
- Experience in a supervisory role within a General Contracting environment.
