  • Develop and execute test scripts for front-end business applications to identify any issues or bugs.
  • Utilize SQL and Oracle skills to assess the software's functionality and performance.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze and resolve complex problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.

**Requirements**

  • **Must-Haves**
    • Experience writing and executing test scripts for front-end business applications.
    • Experience with SQL or Oracle and associated reporting tools.
    • Experience acting as a 1st level support for a business application.
    • Analytical, detail-oriented, and a problem-solving mindset.
    • Previous experience in the real estate industry.
    • Any bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • **Nice to Have Skills & Experience**
    • Strong knowledge of Tririga (the real estate lifecycle platform).
    • UAT testing experience within a real estate platform (Tririga, Archibus, Tango, Visual Lease, LeaseQuery).
    • Project management experience.
