Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our Digital Media Sales leaders and team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, domestic and international, for sales leaders and team members
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for sales leaders and team members
  • Filter and manage requests for internal and external commitments
  • Coordinate special projects, including offsites, team-building activities, and all-staff meetings
  • Look for opportunities to streamline efforts and improve processes, including budget coordination
  • Submit and maintain expense reports
  • Attend staff meetings and capture key outcomes and actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Administrative and Executive Assistants and provide backup for vacation or illness

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 4-6 years of senior administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with minimal direction
  • Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing global environment
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines with little direction
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business acumen, and timely follow-through
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Handles confidential information with integrity and exercises discretion
  • Confidence and strong decision-making skills
  • Proven mastery of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel; proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
  • Eagerness to build a network with other executive assistants at Adobe and cooperate as a team
  • Ability to travel occasionally to provide support at events and conferences

Compensation
The U.S. pay range for this position is $66,300 -- $142,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
