Job OverviewFASTSIGNS #62001 is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing estimates, and ensuring timely delivery of finished orders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for current and prospective customers
  • Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
  • Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
  • Interact with customers through various channels, including email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business
  • Build long-lasting relationships by converting prospects into loyal clients
  • Support the Lead Sales Representative with various tasks
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn, with the ability to build relationships
  • Excellent listening and organizational skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to view a computer screen for extended periods (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work
