Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Extension, Inc. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of clients, offering Contract, Contract-Hire and Direct Hire staffing solutions for professional level roles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of clients' needs and provide tailored staffing solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal delivery teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
