Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at Morrison Living. As a key leader in our Culinary Department, you will be responsible for driving food quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will enable us to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our residents while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures to optimize food production, minimize waste, and reduce labor costs
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
• Train and supervise staff to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to company policies
• Participate in catering events and contribute to new product development to enhance our offerings

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts, hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen position, with proven leadership skills and knowledge of food service operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members
