Job Description

We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant to support the work of the Impact & Engagement Department. The successful candidate will perform various job functions to help build the capacity of Department staff and ensure that the team meets its obligations to donors and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial documents, including invoices and expense reports;
  • Assist with communication, including responding to emails and making phone calls;
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including setting up space and arranging catering;
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers;
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of related administrative experience;
  • Prior experience in data entry and familiarity with CRM database management systems required;
  • Excellent time and project management skills needed to accomplish goals with competing priorities;
  • Associates degree preferred;
  • Ability to react and adapt quickly to changing conditions and circumstances.
