Job Summary

The Senior Executive Administrator will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team, including preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. You will also provide internal guidance and coordination regarding administrative functions, management controls, and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and prepare reports to support senior leadership decision-making
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and scheduling meetings
  • Coordinate and prepare travel arrangements, authorization, and vouchers
  • Write and edit memos, develop spreadsheets, and file documents
  • Assist in preparing correspondence, briefing materials, and reports for review and approval
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, organize calendars, and maintain records
  • Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures, including the Plain Writing Act of 2010
  • Review and analyze the accuracy of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity of writing for internal and external communication
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing or directing executive strategies involving executive secretariat guidelines
  • Public Trust (Clearance requirement)
