Job Description

Unreal Gigs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Product Officer to lead our product teams in driving innovation and market leadership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Visionary: Define and lead the overall product strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and market trends.
  • Innovation Catalyst: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging your teams to think outside the box and explore new ideas.
  • Customer-Centric Leader: Champion the voice of the customer in all product decisions, ensuring that every product we launch delivers exceptional value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of product initiatives.
  • Product Lifecycle Manager: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launch analysis.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Use data to inform product decisions, from feature prioritization to go-to-market strategies.
  • Team Leader and Mentor: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and UX professionals, inspiring and empowering them to do their best work.
Requirements:
  • Product Mastery: Extensive experience in product management, with a deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and align product strategies with business goals.
  • Customer Empathy: A keen understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into successful products.
  • Analytical Mind: Strong ability to interpret data and use it to drive product decisions.
  • Leadership Prowess: Proven experience leading and scaling product teams, with a track record of delivering innovative products.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
