Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Lead the engineering department and drive technological advancements
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of features and technologies
  • Engage with other teams and disciplines to ensure a cohesive approach to product development
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SnapEDA's technological direction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience
  • At least 10 years of software development experience
  • Hands-on experience with advanced AI models
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Demonstrable success in driving technological projects with significant business impact
  • Stellar communication skills and ability to earn trust at all organizational levels
