Regional Sales Growth Manager

Role SummaryThis position is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join Ruhrpumpen, Inc. as a Regional Sales Growth Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth in distribution and OEM sales across the West Coast region.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the distribution sales channel and be able to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. They will work closely with existing distributors and OEM partners to develop strategies for increasing sales and market share.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales growth strategies for distribution and OEM channels
- Build and maintain relationships with existing distributors and OEM partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales goals
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong understanding of the distribution sales channel and its complexities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 60-70% of the time within the region
