Ruhrpumpen, Inc. is looking for a highly skilled Channel Sales and Growth Expert to join our sales team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales growth strategies for our distribution and OEM channels, building and maintaining relationships with existing partners, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales goals, monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions, and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Your expertise in navigating complex distribution networks and driving sales growth will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives.

Estimated salary for this role is around $140,000 per year, based on your extensive experience in sales and ability to lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies for distribution and OEM channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth
  • Strong understanding of the distribution sales channel and its complexities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
