Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Charles Tyrwhitt's 6th Avenue store in NYC. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store operations
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
