Director of Sales & Marketing

The Director of Sales & Marketing is a key member of the Royalton Park Avenue team, responsible for driving top-line revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to drive group, transient, and catering sales
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of market trends and competitive hotel activity
  • Collaborate with the hotel's leadership team to develop and implement marketing communications plans
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with ownership groups, asset management, and other key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership, with prior hotel sales experience
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret market data and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate a sales team
