Financial Contract Administrator

JEVS Human Services is seeking a dedicated Financial Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Financial Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in administering and executing contract and invoice processing, ensuring compliance with funding regulations, and collaborating with providers to meet fiscal contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare contracts in compliance with guidelines and regulations
  • Review and monitor budgets and contracts for accuracy and compliance
  • Process invoices for payments and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Generate timely reports to ensure compliance and transparency
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure easy access to relevant documents
  • Collaborate with providers and stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of financial strategies

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software
  • Flexibility to work on-site when needed
