Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fiscal Account Liaison to join our team at JEVS Human Services. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for administering and executing contract and invoice processing, ensuring compliance with funding regulations, and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days onsite per week, with the possibility of adjusting to 5 days as needed. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for finance and contract management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare contracts in compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations.
  • Review and monitor budgets and contracts for accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Process invoices for payments, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial support documentation.
  • Generate invoices for reimbursement from funding agencies and resolve invoicing issues in coordination with providers and internal departments.
  • Execute timely and accurate month-end close functions and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports as needed.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for provider invoices, payments, contracts, modifications, reports, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Attend team meetings to ensure regular communication and coordination within JEVS.
  • Collaborate with contracted youth providers to ensure their comprehension and readiness to meet fiscal contract requirements.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned and support other team members as capacity allows.
Requirements
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, the public, and other government agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience in accounting/finance, including familiarity with general ledger systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Flexibility to work additional days onsite when needed.
