Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Portfolio Coordinator to join our team at Olive Tree Management.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day activities of our leasing properties. As a Property Portfolio Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, marketed effectively, and occupied by qualified tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues and report them to the maintenance staff.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and showcase available properties.
  • Screen prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements and complete lease applications.
  • Process rent payments, security deposits, and other applicable fees in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g., real estate, business administration).
  • At least 3 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of property management principles, relevant legislation, and industry standards.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
